Thinking Machines Labs agreed to use Crusoe’s managed inference infrastructure for production workloads, including its Inkling models and fine-tuned variants. The deal highlights the company’s move toward commercial-scale deployment while outsourcing part of its inference operations.

Thinking Machines was reportedly discussing a roughly $1 billion financing round led by existing investor Accel at a valuation of at least $40 billion. The proposed valuation would be below the roughly $50 billion level the company had reportedly sought previously.
