The AI training-data startup has received at least one term sheet that would value it at $20 billion, twice the $10 billion mark it reached last fall. Mercor says its annualized revenue crossed $2 billion in June, doubling in about four months.

Forbes reports Mercor is negotiating a $500 million raise at a $20 billion valuation, which would double the startup's worth in under a year and make each of its three young cofounders worth roughly $4.3 billion on paper.
